Processing

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Rates and delivery times

New Zealand: Standard tracked $12.99 (3 to 5 business days) or Priority + premium protection $19.99 (1 to 2 business days).

Everywhere else: Standard tracked $12.99 (5 to 8 business days) or Priority + premium protection $19.99 (3 to 5 business days).

Priority + premium protection includes faster handling and full cover: if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund it, no questions.

Tracking

Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Delivery estimates are business days and can stretch during holiday periods or customs processing. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the top of its window, email hello@hisprout.app and we'll chase it.
